Move one or more users from one class to another
1. Click “Classes” in the main menu,. You will get an overview of all classes at the school.
2. Click “Edit” to the right of the desired class.
3. Click the “Move users” icon.
4. Mark the users to move. The courses they are already taking are automatically included in the new class. This preserves the history of the users. A user who is moved will have access to the courses that the new class has. If this user has a course that the new class does NOT have, then the course is set to Freestanding course.
1. Select TO class from the drop-down list.
2. Then click Move.
