Page Properties

Page properties are available when no containers are selected. Click on the page background or select the page in the left panel to access these settings.
These settings apply to the entire page:

  • Note
    Add internal notes to describe the page or plan content
  • Background colour
    Set a solid background colour
  • Background gradient
    Apply a linear or radial gradient background
  • Background image
    Add an image as the page background
  • Audio
    Add background audio or AI voiceover to the page
note

Add notes to a page to keep descriptions, reminders, or instructions while building your course.
Notes are only visible to course editors and are not shown to learners.

Background styling​

Background settings are organised into three options: colour, gradient, and image. Only one background type can be active at a time. Adding a new background will replace the current one.

Background colour​

Set a solid background colour for the page. You can adjust:

  • Colour and opacity
  • Colour format (HEX, RGB, HSL, HSV) An eyedropper tool lets you sample colours from your screen.

Background gradient​

Use gradients to create a more dynamic background.

  • Choose between linear and radial gradients
  • Adjust direction and colours
  • Select from preset gradients or create your own

Background image​

Add an image as the page background.

  • Select images from the Media Library or Unsplash
  • Adjust how the image fits and behaves on the page You can control how a background image scales on the page using Percentage, Contain, or Cover. You can also set a focus point to keep important parts visible on smaller screens.

Audio​

Add background audio to a page to include ambient sound or narration. Use it to support content but avoid using it on pages with a lot of reading.

Supported audio formats: MP3, WAV, OGG, and M4A are supported.
