Copying Courses

Copying Courses

Info
Users who have access to this feature: Administrator and Author

It is possible to make a copy of a course, for example to make an almost identical version. Course for new employees in 2019 can be created using a copy of the course for new employees in 2018. Remember that changes in media files in the copy of the course have consequences for the original course.

If you want to edit the course in the author tool Creator, you need to add the new copy of the course to your course list. It will then appear when you start the authoring tool.

(Courses distributed to other schools, on the other hand, cannot be copied at the school to which they are distributed.)
