The Video Editor

We have and video editor in Creator. The edited video will be converted to WEBM format, but the original file will still be available in the media library. Only files uploaded to the media library can be edited within Course Creator.

Choose the file in the media library and click on Edit

Edit the video and click save when you are finished.

Video formats

We recommend using the following video formats in your course. MP4 (H.264), MOV or MPEG.

File size

The maximum file size for uploading video files to Creator is set to 200MB. If you are using videos extensively within your course, we recommend using Vimeo or YouTube or other streaming services with embedded links in the course.

Direct upload to Creator

Open the media library and click on + to import files from your computer. Or you can drag and drop the files into the + area.
