Scoring rules and formula
The score for an exercise is based on the point value you set for the exercise.
Formula
- Partial score for each correct alternative = total score / number of correct alternatives.
- Partial score for each incorrect alternative = total score / number of incorrect alternatives.
- Final score never goes below 0 (no negative totals).

Examples
Example 1: one correct of three
Exercise score: 1 point.
- Learner chooses the correct alternative: 1 point.

Example 2: two or more correct answers
Exercise score: 1 point.
- Each correct alternative adds 0.5 points.
- Each incorrect alternative subtracts 0.5 points.
- If a learner selects two correct and one incorrect: 0.5 + 0.5 - 0.5 = 0.5 points.
- If selections would drop below 0, the score is set to 0.
