📄️ Remove a user totally (GDPR)
The first time a user logs on to the system, he or she is encourage to accept the use of personal data in accordance with the GDPR regulations and policies of the company in question and according to the current data processor agreement. If they do not accept the regulations, then the user is not activated in the system and cannot log on.
📄️ Enabling an inactivated user
1. Click on “Users” in the main menu.

Users who have access to this feature: All but the coach.

📄️ Giving a User Access to an Existing Course
You can give a user access to a course in several ways. Here is one way:

1. Select the tab “Users” from main menu.
📄️ Change or add information about an existing user
1. Click the tab “Users”. You will get an overview of all registered users in the system. The overview may contain users with the roles of students, tutors, authors, administrators.
📄️ Finding everyone with a specific role
1. Click the search icon.

Users who have access to this feature: All except of coach.
📄️ Quick access to users in reports
You can easily go from a group report to edit a user by clicking on the username.
📄️ View information about a user / edit existing
1. Click “Users” in the main menu.

1. Choose “Users” tab from the main menu.
